The CQ achieves a multi-generational connection by implementing and utilizing techonology, diversity and values. The Connection Quarter will build value throughout Sussex County, NJ.  as an entertainment district that will foster the communities needs and wants. The needs and wants of less travel, social entertainment for all ages, and act as a place to rejuvenate 
the value within the community.
